Hello

Hello, this is my first post to this blog. I read a few other blogs, so I thought I would write one.

Topics for this blog:

1. I'm a stay at home dad with four daughters. so obviously I will tell you about them in more detail than you will want. Except for the social security numbers and maybe their pictures. you will know them better than most.
2. Running: I love to run. I've run two marathons in Disney World and plan on going to Dublin, Ireland this October.
   

What to expect from this blog:

1. proper grammer/spelling: from me?!
   
2. insightful ideas: probably not on a regular basis, but occasionally I might say something insightful by accident.
3. pictures: we will see. I don't like to post pictures of my girls.
4. I don't take this blog seriously, neither should you.
   

Okay, I have to end this post now. I have one daughter with skinned knees who says that only chocolate milk will help her, I have another who keeps pulling the power chord off my laptop (macbook pro) and a third who is chewing on my tow and watching the power chord removal with interest.
